New features
1	Duty cycle constraint has been updated to support a configurable period of analysis. Before, the period was only one orbit. Now the period can be chosen among one orbit, one day, one cycle, and a custom duration. The Duty cycle plot on the Gantt view has been updated to support the new duty cycle periods.
2	New Moon Phase Angle and Moon Zenith Angle constraints, applicable to both Sensors and AOIs. In addition, the Gantt view provides now additional profiles for Moon Phase and Moon Zenith Angles.
3	New Free Space path loss plot (menu Tools / Color maps / Free Space Loss) . It draws dynamically the coverage footprint of each satellite with a color code representing the free space path loss in dB for the selected RF frequency and the instantaneous distance between the satellite and Earth surface, according to the theory.
4	New management of constraints lists. Currently there are 35 predefined constraints. When listing them on the constraints grid (sensors or AOIs) the list appears long and cumbersome to use. In addition some of the available constraints are rarely used. Now it is possible to define which constraints will appear by default on the constraints grid. The list is editable on Edit / Properties / Planing / Constraints
5	New align of the report / excel / qualify lists. In Edit / Properties / Report columns there is a new option "Align" which will the report column states (active or not active) to the qualification states defined in Edit / Properties / Planning / Qualify. In this way you may ensure that the report columns displayed refer to existing qualification parameters, avoiding showing empty columns as much as possible.
6	New earth explorer file schemas. The handling of ESA Earth Explorer schemas has been updated to cope with latest versions: EO_OPER_MPL_ZON_0300, EO_OPER_MPL_SWTREF_0301, EO_OPER_MPL_SW_DEF_0402, EO_OPER_MPL_ORBSCT_0301, EO_OPER_MPL_ORB_PRE_0300, EO_OPER_MPL_GND_DB_0300 and EO_OPER_AUX_ORBRES_0300
7	Handling of Acquisition plans (Edit / Properties / Planning / Acquisition plans) has been extended to Sentinel-1C and Sentinel-2C. If you don't see these entries, press Restore Factory Settings.
Plugin Charts
1	New plots of atmosphere attenuation according to ITU-R P.676-13. It provides the following plots: - Atmospheric attenuation per km. - Slant path attenuation Both cases can be plotted with and without water vapour (dry air). The plots are given for the selected frequency range, and displayed optionally in a logarithmic scale.
Plugin GSA
1	New Dispenser object to simulate the provision of auxiliary data (e.g. meteo) at regular intervals, delaying the start of algorithm processing to the times when the aux data is available.
2	Improved ground segment and center block diagrams. Center block diagrams are now exploded within the ground segment block diagram to show additional data flows within the center.
